Hip Hop Abs is a dance workout by Shaun T (the guy who does insanity). I started this workout 5 months postpartum and it was just the stepping stone I needed to start dropping the baby weight. It's super fun and a great ab workout especially if you want lower impact modifications and/or are just warming up to working out. At just 30mins a session, it didn't take long and I still got my sweat on!
