Started Piyo by Chalene Johnson 6 months postpartum. I love this workout for so many reasons! Chalene Johnson is one of my heroes. I follow her on social media and listen to all her podcasts and webinars. She's just amazing and so motivational. This workout is a combination of pilates and yoga so you get the low impact benefits of both and a fabulous workout at the same time! My husband wasn't convinced at first and now it's his FAVORITE workout! I posted his transformation below too!
